HOW TO EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST

Airport Authority Hong Kong (The Authority) cordially invites property developers / consortia who are interested in development and management of the Retail, Dining, Entertainment Development (RDE) in SKYCITY to express interest in receiving a copy of the “EOI Document” by clicking the “Attach Letter” button below.

And “SEND” a reply email to the Authority, attaching a company letter with the following information:

Company Name, Company Address, Name and Title of Contact Person, Contact Phone Number, Contact Facsimile Number, Contact E-mail Address

The registration closing date is 12 May 2017.

The Authority has the right to assess the eligibility of the registrants for the issuance of the EOI document. The EOI document will be sent by e-mail to eligible registrants within 2 working days upon receiving the request from them. Registrants are responsible for reserving sufficient time for the preparation and submission of the EOI document.
Interested property developers or consortia shall submit the completed EOI document to the Authority according to the detailed requirements set out in the EOI document.

All costs associated with any submission in response to the EOI documents shall be entirely the responsibilities of the applicant.
